Pros

None, the only pro was to get out of this dump of a company, who treats its staff terribly and unethically.

Cons

Where do I start? -witnessed bullying & degrading of brand new staff as well as tenured staff by managers and seen many staff clearing out from this, due to not able to cope. -passive aggressive executive team who threaten to terminate anyone that questions their authority or "door code staff " if they don't perform Properly -if you are perceived as incompetent by the executive chairman or CEO, based on information given to them by one of their cronies based on no facts or evidence, you won't succeed and will be forced out of the business, even though you have worked hard and are probably more capable than 95% of people within the organisation. -the place is full of miserable immature drunks and sexual and Racial harassment is a common occurrence here. If you speak to HR you are offered money to shut up or shown the door. One example of this was a Kris Kringle gift given to a staff member by a "executive leadership team member" was a black doll with Vaseline and rope? Which was witnessed by nearly 30 people. -salary was under market rate and bonuses non-existent, competitors pay better by far. -Toxic atmosphere

Loved my time here but nowhere to go

Pros

Worked with some awesome people and mostly enjoyed my time here.

Cons

Top-heavy management. Executives receive huge bonuses for targets that that were achieved by their subordinates. Salary package is a joke - well below industry standard. They don't see value in your role unless you are a software developer or in sales. No room to grow or be promoted. Yes they have some great perks but the perks aren't enough to retain employees if you aren't offering fair wages.

Overpriced Incompetence

Pros

Yearly salary reviews and bonuses. Somewhat flexible with hybrid working. Lunches and snacks provided

Cons

The executive team are more focussed on gifting themselves Teslas and overseas trips than they are with what the staff and clients actually need. Clear nepotism when it comes to hiring and promotions. Poor communication from the top down. Unrealistic expectations and deadlines for products that don’t work. Reactive more than proactive and charge way too much for their services. Cheap when it comes to expenses and work trips. Out of touch.
