Pros

Friendly and supportive colleagues, which helped cope with the stress of the monumental workload. They recruit great people.

Cons

It felt like I was expected to work until the point of collapse or risk being labelled an under-performer and let go. There is no ongoing training or support from leaders. There is so much to learn and the expectation is you should "be proactive" and just pick it up. You're expected to work miracles even though the pay is well below standard. This is my opinion. Some people's experiences may differ, but I cannot recommend this employer.

Pros

-Food regularly provided although by the time we got to see it, it was mostly gone or cold (cheap pizza's regularly provided). -Gaining an experience for those who've never worked for a large company before. -Supposedly lots of room to move elsewhere in the company. -Some teams seem to have a good vibe (others the almost exact opposite).

Cons

-extremely average i.t / i.t support (making it diff for processing staff to get on a roll with work) -little communication or understanding of many clients needs (one shoe fits most if not all mentality) -Abysmal treatment of some staff (white anting, backstabbing, different rules) -Management seems to rely on a few for advice who have been there for a long time (on multiple occasions that advice is outdated, wrong or incompatible with new client values) -Semi Toxic culture of bitchiness, micro management, blaming others and bitterness at other teams in the building (who seem to be happier / more proactive) - Lack of interest or understanding in achieving best practices. -Lack of flexibility with processes.

Pros

The showcased city offices, made up video clips, a kitchen that offers free coffee, tea and honey…. If you are a low income earner then this company will feed you; in return will be ask for your soul and blood. The company is not what is makes it sound like online with all the fake propaganda, So, don't get short sighted as the abusing, amateur and unprofessional managers simply don’t have any leadership qualities, experience and run a poor operation. The company must not be permitted to be ever listed in ASIC until a full investigation is carried out as they are so corrupt. This company does not follow the laws and legal governance. Just interested in acquiring ' Customers' at any cost. Best Advice - Stay Away!!

Cons

If this is your first "real", job and you are under 25 years old, this may be the company for you. Since the free food and beers are offered, it may well be suited to the inexperienced, fresh off the cab rank young staff who are desperate. It is a military style leadership, controlled, micromanaged and little room to be creative and progressive. No future, basic search platform; Long term prospects for the company are very limited by a single platform which is very basic, and the search costs are very high. The company has a VERY high turnover in staff, and do not go by the " best company to work for logos", and " the top 25th best company to work for in Australia, as it is definitely untrue, overstated and exaggerated. Please put it to the test and see!!
