Working from home is always a plus.

Cons

Little to no training except from Sr. Colleagues or by simply handling Incidents on a day to day basis. Even then there are thousands of different issues you'll encounter and have no knowledge of.

This is the only "pro". Salaries lower than average in IT industry, no bonuses. Too many topics/modules to support, one can never become an expert in something as more and more new topics coming. Team culture on a low level.
