Working at Infor helped enhance my technical skills and knowledge. Unlike my past work experiences, I experienced hands-on support in Infor as we are provided access to customer's Cloud servers to review the log files and investigate their technical problems. We also have our own servers for testing and replication of client's issues. Supportive colleagues: my senior and principal colleagues are always available to assist whenever you need assistance to resolve a difficult case.

Cons

Percentages of wage increase decrease year after year; shift changes in the middle of the week; more deliverables but fewer talks and communications with regards to bonuses and increases.
