Pros

Possible opportunities for low skilled entry work into the Industry

Cons

"no news is good news" until they call you in and terminate you (Multiple coworkers experience) Low pay consistent "Military" talk (i.e we had some casualties along the way in this project but you got the mission done) Leadership is completely out of touch with their employee base will string you along with pay raises and promotions by constantly moving the goal post. Client onboarding process is designed to mislead and lie to new clients. Key limitations with technology are withheld and skirted around. around 10-15% turnover rate in Engineering departments All and all, dont be fooled by the propaganda, Insight is like every other souless tech business thats goal is to drain their employees of all motivation and drive until they are husks of their former selves and then throw them away to the side.

Pros

100% Work from Home Talented peers You get introduced to a lot of new products and technology

Cons

On call with no pay and very little flexibility Incredibly low pay for the number of responsibilities and products supported Micromanaging upper management Employees are forced to use two different time card systems to log their time, even if salaried Zero training - even for things you have no experience with and are now 100% responsible for Skelton crew for NOC and engineers. They are perpetually 1 major resignation away from total disaster.
