      The cons: Full of racism, managers should really watch their mouth. What the hell is wrong with everyone here. Very inconsiderate.

      Pros

      Insight used to have a nice office and free spiffs. Insight offers standard benefits ( however the cost per employee family for medical dental vision goes up each year) Insight helped out a colleauge with their foundation they have Insight has a lot of diverse internal groups and company activities

      Cons

      Terrible pay- they are not increasing wages or matching the marketplace. Many promises of wage increases but its not based on independant performance, its based on merely increasing your salary for cost of living adjustment. (expect 1-5%) Managers are notorious for over promising, under delivering or no action at all. Upper management speaks poorly of one another while in other meetings. Lack of company direction, multiple re-orgs per year + departmental name changes too.

      Small practice, so you are able to grow more quickly. Show initiative and you will be staffed.

      Cons

      They do not value hard work. Toxic environment, very hard to move upward even after proving yourself. "Once an analyst, always an analyst"
