Cons

Work overload and poor management. Got tired of constant profanity and foul language from management on calls. I have kids homeschooling and I was constantly running to headphones to prevent them from over hearing the unprofessionalism.

Insight, even though a technology company, lacks internal technological basics and true customer service ability. When hired, they typically will maintain as a "contractor" for much too long period of time.
