      Ethics of Communication

      Pros

      Most coworkers are fairly easy to communicate with. welcoming presence of employees that weren't managers compliment Ed the job.

      Cons

      Poor language from manager of warehouse. Personal experience hearing uncultured language about a woman in another department. Disregard for employees who faced workplace hostility. Problems with Low Pay especially within the industry.

      One of the most toxic work environments I've ever experienced

      Pros

      no weekends, commission and spiff bonus', tech swag and freebies from vendors

      Cons

      revolving door of management, quota increased every quarter making commission harder to achieve. Depending on what sector you work for, you could make bank or barely enough to provide. i worked in SMB so i had the latter. You cant choose your segment and its impossible to move.

      Use you until you are beaten down. Long timers not appreciated for knowledge or loyalty. Advancement rare outside of AZ location
