      work form home. decent benefits.

      Cons

      Most teams are silos. Team members prefer to complain about other team members, no vision. Only come here if you want your career to end. Managers only want to maintain status quo. No incremental to go beyond your background. If you're just starting your IT career, can be ok for 1 - 2 years to gain experience.

      Decent training, on site medical facility

      Cons

      Most of the managers were useless, and it is all about inner office politics. If you want good accounts, you bet start sucking up right away.
