      Company has a great vacation program that allows for extended vacations

      Within the past two years the new management has removed critical people and replaced them with ineffective teams.

      Not a company that cares about its employees

      I worked for there for over 10 plus years. The compensation is below industry average and changes almost annually. There's a big turnover of employees, due to the lack of Truly Caring about its Employees. There are packs and if you're not "IN", then you won't advance your career, the process is very flawed. Hunger, Heart & Harmony, doesn't exist, except in word.

It's the people at Insight that make the company special, and Insight values itself on on it's values-driven culture and workplace. Insight's compensation plans are also very competitive and are evaluated and reviewed every year to make sure they are comparable to others within the market.
