      Good old boys club, senior management just hires their old friends, pay, bonus plans are not fair, HR is a joke...you, your employees and your boss all have the same 1 HR person. They will always have upper managements back. They expect you to work all hours of the day and night for nothing in return. Ask you to get rid of people, not allowed to backfill and then expect you to sell more with 50% less of a team

      Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, and Nothing

      Cons

      They keep calling me for job opportunities...they literally offered me from a salary perspective, the same salary that I made out of college, 6 years ago LOL. Why would anybody take a low ball offer? Either you don't value compensating your employees, or you're extremely margin constrained. Neither reason is good; would never accept an offer at trashy company like this.
