      Environment is very light and people are very friendly. Team collaborations is top tier. Leads are always present

      Management always makes drastic decision and not looking into the teammates pov of work. Workloads are sometimes overwhelming

      Pros

      I have been here almost 12 years now working in Managed Services. I have had the opportunity to grow my experience and my position. I work with a great team and my manager(s) really care. The slogan of Heart, Hunger, and Harmony really shows with regular recognition for a job well done. Insight is recognized as one of the best places to work. This is probably the best job I have had. I would recommend this company to my friends and kids.

      Cons

      The company continues to grow through acquisition and is much larger than it was when I started. This means that sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, but they are trying. It's a big job.
