-From day one I never felt supported from management, never had 1-1 to discuss expectations just vague buzzwords & dismissiveness when reaching out for help from my manager. This leads to becoming complacent as a new hire and management just coming with a large laundry list of things to "correct" you about your role when there was no mutual understanding in the first place - There was a lack of transparency & honesty during the interview about the day to day responsibilties of the role which is marketed as a senior ANALYST position but in it's essence is just a LEVEL 1 call center support role. (which means sitting on the phones all day taking calls. Again, something that was left out in both rounds of my interviews -Previous reviews state a lack of compensation compared to market rates/ other competitors and this is very true. I received a 45% raise after leaving. -The systems used and the management style creates a culture of intense oversight & micromanagement which you WILL experience from managment as well as other teammates (Everything gets timed, even your bathroom breaks and how often you go) -They have the most confusing way to enter time worked. You have to be a rocket scientist just to understand the right way to do things. Overall- I never felt supported here & felt the dishonesty about the day-to day of the position led to a lack of confidence in the role. This alongside the intense oversight is what pushed me out.

As of late, Insight has been hiring people from the outsight before looking internally for candidates to move up the ladder into leadership roles, which has caused many good people to leave the company and place the burden on others to pick up the slack.
