Pros

-Pay okay -Cater a lot of food

Cons

-Literally everything! I worked at Insight for 1 year. It was literally the worst Job I have ever had. The employees are not number one, the management sucks and HR is a JOKE! I had many instances where my manager had harassed me and was sexist, on multiple occupations. When I went to HR, they listed to what I had to say and said that they would follow up with me and never did. They would chop it up as " Your manager has been here for a long time and that's just how they are." When did that become okay. All they care about is pushing people to their breaking point and making money. Which I am all for making money, but do it the right way.

Pros

Nice benefits Lottery for covered parking

Cons

The employee engagement survey scores for marketing are fake. The scores are only going up because it's well known that if you write something negative about the team and they can pinpoint you wrote it, they'll give you a piece of paper to sign. This piece of paper kindly states that the marketing team is allowed to look for your replacement while you keep working. As soon as they find someone new, you'll be let go. Mega turnover in marketing. Five people resigned over a span of two weeks while I was there. People leaving without even having jobs lined up it's so bad. #bestteamever is a slogan you use when you're the worst team ever. If you have to say it, it’s not true. Stay away.

Feedback is something we take very seriously to help our individual leaders grow and to ensure we’re creating positive experiences for all Insight teams. Our Marketing team’s attrition has decreased year-over-year, and marketing teammates report in our most recent Net Promoter scores that they are very proud to work for Insight, with some of the highest engagement scores in the company at over 85%. We are very proud of the work our team has accomplished and how we have seen so many teammates develop and grow from the feedback process. If you wish to discuss your concerns further, please email us at glassdoorfeedback@insight.com.
