Free cookies, I guess? I'd rather have a 401k.

Cons

This place is the most mismanaged organization I have ever seen. Ridiculous spending on a summit, a headquarters, and dozens of extremely confusing slogans, but yet can't find the dollars to actually pay their employees. Regular layoffs and below market salaries say it all. This place feels like a mob front trying to pretend it's successful so Krispy Kreme can sell them at a profit. Don't be fooled-- They are getting crushed by Crumbl and they deserve it.

not many pros other than free cookies. benefits are ok.

Cons

VERY high turnover. no work/life balance. morale in the office is low. shortsighted leadership frequently goes on hiring sprees then lays everyone off 12 months later. constantly changing strategy and direction of the company. the bad decisions coming from the top create a trickle down effect where every day is stressful and feels like you're just putting out constant fires. no upward career trajectory.. they almost never promote anyone in the support center.

You get to meet a lot of people, cookies are good

The company really has changed in the last couple years. At some point the "support center" forgot that it supported the field. Promotions are rolled out very sloppy, ideas that are just not feasible are rolled out with little to no testing. Often you get less than 24 hours to prepare for a promotion such as free delivery or BOGOs which typically you would need a few days to prepare for. Failing up is common for many while many other great people either have left the company or were let go for no good reason whatsoever.
