Working for an aging population that is in desperate need of help. 1 or 2 good colleagues.

Cons

Management from VP Controller to CFO are more concerned with who has lunch with who. Prioritize social interactions rather than work. Poor leadership, micromanagement at its finest.

Chaotic environment due to clueless top leaders who get in the way of the day to day good work of serving clients. High levels of turnover at all levels, including senior leadership.
