Pros

This used to be a great place to work before the company was acquired.

Cons

The pay is significantly lower compared to other technical roles, and micromanagement has become the norm. There are strict case quotas each week, and even if you meet the required numbers, it’s never enough—they always expect more. Simply doing your job well isn’t enough for advancement; the only way to move up is to go above and beyond to the point of burnout just to get noticed. On top of that, perks and benefits have been stripped away. The benefits are hardly worth it—you pay a premium, yet still end up paying hundreds out of pocket because coverage is so limited. Instead of investing in their U.S. workforce, the company prioritizes outsourcing and has even offered incentives for American employees to leave.
