Changing management initiative can make it challenging to know what expectations are.

I am quite sure this is department dependent but I was in a pretty uncomfortable working environment. They have confidential but not anonymous surveys where I explained what was happening and no one ever followed up or cared to do anything which led to my departure. There is a lack of understanding of who to go to in uncomfortable situations perhaps because it is an open door, feel free to come up to anyone at anytime type of culture. This, while great in theory rarely gets executed and leaves others without any understanding of who the proper people are because those managers in their work group are the problem and peers have no idea who to talk to.
