Pros

- Awesome, fun culture. - Flat management. - Start-up feel. - Casual environment. - Good salary and benefits. - Lots of opportunities to move up.

Cons

The company is still getting some important processes in place, so it can be a little frustrating at times.

Overhyped Narcissists

Pros

Good talented people. Most people there really want to make a difference in education (if only the company would let them). Laid-back culture. Fully paid healthcare.

Cons

They force feed you the company Kool-aid right from the start, even during the interviewing process. Unfortunately it's all hype. They'll stab you in the back as fast as any place I've seen. There's a very dark undercurrent that the cult-like culture can't quite obscure. Management is extremely unskilled and juvenile and is mostly concerned with getting themselves good press clippings. They are absolutely convinced of their own greatness and will tell you so. Often. If you're under 30 and this is your first job it might not be so bad. All others advised to steer clear.
