Pros

The company culture here is amazing! They focus on the most important thing: Their People! They not only provide you with lots of perks (free food, team building activities, ping-pong, pool table, games, ice cream during fire drills, and more), but they also motivate you and your teams to find ways to make your job easier, more efficient and fun! I never thought that work could be so cool! You just want to do more for your team, customers, and your own self career goals here. They have the best employee-centric environment I have ever experienced.

Cons

None, because anything I can think of is trivial compared to other companies.

Pros

Time off is not tracked Two fully stocked kitchens on each floor For Dev's: No one cares if you work from home or at the office. Once a Dev didn't show up for about a month: He was working from home the entire time. No one cared, and no asked any questions.

Cons

Time off is not tracked - The first year I only took 3 days off for work. The second year I only took 5 days off for work. I actually lost out, not taking a standard amount of time off. Two fully stocked kitchens - The first year I struggled to keep weight off. The second year I did much better. Unequal treatment: Dev's can work from home with no questions asked. If QA tried that they would get fired. Clear caste system between Dev's and QA. QA are definitely at the bottom of the totem pole. Thus the cooperation from Devs to QA was very minimal and grudgingly done. Some colleagues did not pull their fair share of the load. Employee's can unfairly (just by accusations with no review fro truthfulness) get 'written up' for utterly trivial things. Intense bullying from my manager. I lost so much sleep over that year he was the manager of my team: it was very stressful wondering what he would say next.
