Pros
Fun atmosphere to come to work. I enjoy most of the people there, as everyone seems to be able to take the good and the bad and let it go. I haven't seen anything to make me want to leave or dislike my job there. But it is what it is, a job. For the division I work for, I am M-F until 5pm. After my career working 70 or more hours all days of the week, it is refreshing for once.
Cons
The pay is 1/3 of what I am used to getting. It isn't bad for the job I do, but it is lower than I would like. But I am also doing 3/4 less work so I am ok with it. Just an FYI, if you get injured and miss more than 2 weeks, WITH a doctors note, they will ask you to resign due to health reasons or even fire you. This happened to me. I broke my leg, had surgery, called in everyday as I was supposed to and since I would not resign they let me go. The next day I was supposed to pick my benefits. THIS is how the company treats you.
