      Pros

      IT department is pretty robust -- they do way more than I ever expected. From the typical servers and networking and workstation and peripherals, that's the basic stuff you learn. But who knew there would be crypto miners and redundant fiber and 100 different managed websites? There's so much going on in that place you wouldn't believe it.

      Cons

      Everyone is full-time. There aren't any part-timers. It would help the IT staff if they had some part-timers in the mornings and on the weekends to lighten the workload.
