Pros
The team in my department is really great. Everybody works together and cares about each other and the company a lot. Management cares too! We get catered meals every Friday for the whole company and one extra vacation week after Christmas. Great place.
Cons
The only thing I could say bad, really, is that there just aren't enough of us. It would be great if we could have a second shift, but we don't really have enough to keep up on the first shift. I know they're working on it, but that's the only problem I can think of. Even the new uniforms are cool.
