Incredibly unprofessional company. Upper management is a complete nightmare. Generally incompetent, disrespectful, no concept of any kind of standard operating procedures for my line of work either and prefer cheap, fast work over good, quality work in just about every way. You can tell them their instructions will create problems down the road and they will not listen to you until the problems actually happen.
As I have been told, if you have problems with upper management and voice them they will just fire you. They fire the same day they decide to, they don't believe in giving advanced warning for firing even if it hurts the company to lose people immediately so keep that in mind. They do not care about your safety and do not follow procedures they should. In fact they do not value their employees in general and have no intention to invest in you.
There is incredibly high turnover in this company which reflects all this as the reality. At least 60% of the people I interacted with at the company have either left, haven't been there long or are hired short term to begin with.
If you have any other options I highly recommend you consider them before this company.
