      Pros

      The people are great. What's really shocking is how many people have been around as long as they have been. You look around and this guy has been here 10 years, that guy 8, years, that lady 13 years, the other one, 9 years...warehouse guys 10+ years, managers 15 years. You just don't see that in this day and age. And it's because the place is a great place to work.

      Cons

      It's not in Clayton. The parking lot is gravel. There's no sushi place nearby. That's about it.

      Good benefits and week off at Christmas.

      At Interco hard work pays off. In fact, each of the last four managers in the Operations department were promoted from within and none of the four had ever held a management position in the company or elsewhere. Those opportunities exist...you just have to work hard and smart and want to be great.
