-Extremely innovative company, fastest to iterate in the space, and launch in the market. True thought-leadership when it comes to AI, Customer Support, & building software. -Everyone who works here is delightful. They appear to follow the no-jerk rule, while still hiring a ton of high-performing, really nice people. This is one of the most important qualities for me in any company.

Cons

-Innovate so fast that it's hard to keep up with enablement (which is a very nice problem to have). -Historically not the strongest GTM org, but has the right leadership who has been turning this around.
