Pros

Competitive salary, great management, great compensation and benefit, amazing culture and amazing people. Space to grow and progress your career both vertically and horizontally. The product is also fantastic, and the company is a leader in the customer support software space.

Cons

On a personal level - none! I really enjoy my time here. For some, the required days in-office may be a turn-off. That being said, the offices provide great perks like snacks, coffee and paid lunch everyday. There's also stipends for commuting if you live far away enough.

- Hybrid work - Two days in the office / Three days remote. Up to 20 days AoE per year - Fast-growing company with excellent compensation (salary, equity, bonus) - Very competent team moving fast and doing great work - Flexible vacations policy permits having time for yourself when you most need it - Amazing office space - Very comfortable, well-equipped, clean and cozy office - Breakfast, lunch and snacks everyday

Cons

- Full-remote options are limited to just a few special cases. Don't expect to have this option

Nice benefits, though the pay is not competitive.

Cons

Bad compensation, the onboarding process will leave you feeling undereducated on the product (which is gargantuan). The DEI at the company is largely performative (this may be a pro to some, I guess). There is a lot of gatekeeping when it comes to the mechanics of things.
