Pros

None at all in any capacity

Cons

The company will tell you that you get an annual pay raise, and then HR has a hardfast rule that "out of 5, no one gets above a 3" so off the bat any extra work you do is not recognized. Constant layoffs. Company would rather support an overseas company that is running the company into the ground than support their local reps or customers. Constant lies from upper management. No chance to move up (I have made 5 attempts in 2 years, and the company will outsource worklabor or hire externally before promoting employees. Upper management constantly adds additional work roles without pay increase or recognition. Upper management will sing the praises of how well they did, without even once consulting with anyone "below them" for the best paths to success; if anyone below them says anything, that individual is terminated (Multiple instances within 6 months)

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re disappointed to hear that your experience has not met expectations, we take concerns around culture, compensation, and support seriously. We recognize that periods of change can be challenging, and we regularly review our approach to pay, career progression, and resourcing to ensure fairness and alignment with business needs. We remain committed to investing in our people and delivering high-quality support to both employees and customers. We appreciate candid feedback and encourage current employees to share concerns directly with their managers or the People Team so they can be addressed constructively. — The People Team
