Thank you for your kind words. We have actually incorporated an official training program for our field techs and are excited about the positive feedback.

Pros

You get to show up, do your job and go home. Which is good when you are not a fan of taking work home.

Cons

Promotions are based on time spent in the company. The employees are very young at times, which makes it difficult to deal with in the every day basis.

Thank you for your review! An employee is eligible for promotion or transfer after 6 months of employment. We always encourage promoting from within and are proud of the many employees who have climbed the ladder. We do employ a variety of young, middle, and older-aged people.

Pros

Management is generally willing to work with you when personal issues arise. Takes a lot to get fired, good if you're a lazy worker that abuses system and chooses to not show up for work. After 4 years you are able to receive 100% match up to 4% into 401K. Dental is fairly good. Medical is...its ok. No stairs or elevators to worry about. Most departments watch out for each other.

Cons

over all tone of company is that it's a boys club. Executives extremely out of touch with how or what departments handle. Departments are very silo'd in what they know about other departments. Those that try to determine better processes and more cohesiveness are reprimanded and told to do stay in their wheelhouse. Self funded benefit program takes a very long time to pay providers. "Open Door Policy" for hr, that is behind 2 sets of special access doors. Vision is pretty terrible. Company doesn't really do anything for its employee's. Annual reviews are a joke. Rely on a Personality index for any job move or hire. No room for advancement in most departments. Alot of finger pointing to place blame but little acceptance and corrections.

Thank you for your feedback! HR meets with employees daily. Open door policy cannot literally be open door since we are obligated to protect employee information, however, when an employee calls or emails us we immediately make time to meet with them or speak with them on the phone if they are remote. I would like the opportunity to speak with you about the issues you mention in this review. Your experience should be better than this.
