Thank you for providing feedback. I apologize for your bad experience at Interface. It is obvious that you worked as a Help Desk Agent. The shifts have since changed to 8 hour shifts. The position of Help Desk agent can be very stressful and is definitely not a role to which everyone can acclimate. And I am sorry that you feel the company has no honor. I respect your personal opinion as something obviously occurred to make you form that opinion. The company is committed to making Interface a great place for employees to have a successful and fulfilling career. I truly wish you had a better experience during your time with Interface.

Pros

I loved almost everyone I worked with. Large amount of vacation and sick time.

Cons

Expanded customer base too quickly, leading to massive increase in work load for all departments, and bottlenecks due to influx of new accounts. Increased call center staff but reluctant to increase staffing in other areas. High turnover, especially in call center. Outsourced customer facing help desk to India after obtaining large client deal.

Pros

Everyday new adventure! Lots of different customers and needs Customer appreciation for helping them Learning many different technologies and customer requirements Good reliable vehicle and equipment (cell phone, Laptop)

Cons

No training for Fire Drive time policy (one hour each way) No pay for doing work in bay area Driving to Bay Area daily Yearly reviews always late and no comp Dispatch not knowledgeable of your territory and you have to constantly correct your route Other seasoned techs not doing their job correctly and cutting corners.
