Pros

Fair amount of learning opportunities, personal manager was mostly professional

Cons

Okay-ish pay and benefits, HR is there to back up company policies and mediate instead of help employee, high turnover, expects more from employees all the time without adjusting workload accordingly (or even increasing workload despite), minimal incentive for staying the long-haul and becoming multi-certified, only offers $3000 tuition reimbursement per year if you are working full-time WHILE going to school whereas other places will pay off large amounts of student loans for simply committing to stay with them, employee burnout common and it shows
