Pros

I've really enjoyed the awesome people to work with. From finance to HR to administration, everyone is on the same team. Great culture of helping the patient. Great employee engagement.

Cons

Sometimes they think they're better than they actually are. Don't have the best pay rates. Other than that they have been a pleasure to work with.

Pros

Great company, benefits, networking, overtime, accommodating work hours for school, experience in medical industry, some lax shifts, 401k, and location

Cons

LDS favored, department politics, little chance for growth, judgmental managers, low pay, gossip, uniforms, micro managing, parking. Manage with fear tactics

Pros

This company really cares for their employees. I serve on the Employee Council of the hospital and am amazed at the effort the administrators put in to help out employees and the community. The benefits package is really great.

Cons

The pay scale compared to ARUP may be lower, but I'm not sure.
