Pros

Work with good people close to home until they moved to Broomfield

Cons

It's not about patients; it's about money. Not into the whole faith based thing.

Pros

Intermountain provides a very stable environment without a lot of stress or the expectation to put in a ton of extra time. Great benefits including fantastic health insurance, public transport discounts, gym discounts, and decent time off.

Cons

It's an extremely structured environment with quote a bit of siloing and very little ability to make any more than what HR calculates your position should make with X number of years experience. Performance doesn't play into it at all.
