Pros

Work with wonderful people, who care about doing the right thing for the right reason. Also, managers are there to support you and help you grow. This definitely wasn't my experience at previous employment.

Cons

Very hard to get it. HR can seem to screen out qualified, talented candidates, who would be a great asset to the company. Once you get your foot in the door, then the opportunities open up.

Pros

Co-worker are like extended family. People genuinely care about their roles and work. Non profit mentality makes a HUGE difference. Fun environment with good challenges. Very reliable IT systems. State of the art corporate facility. Great management. It's the best place I have worked in a 20 year career.

Cons

Management admits to paying lower than industry average but hasn't addressed discrepancy. Only managers and above are financially rewarded for company performance. Low annual pay increases. Location of corporate office is in an expensive area, making relocation closer to work prohibitive. Mass transit is not an option due to office location.
