Pros

Worked with a lot of great people in a beautiful facility.

Cons

Management has unrealistic expectations about workload. Nurse to patient ratios are flexed depending on how busy (and how well staffed) the hospital is at any given time.

Pros

Caring leadership team, you never feel like a number, flexible with time off (if you give advance notice), communication about issues, no micro-management.

Cons

Hard to get into, keep applying and interviewing.

Pros

Vision, mission and values are centered on helping those less fortunate, while providing high quality care at a reasonable cost.

Cons

Hard to compete against suburbia. Located in downtown. Traffic to and from facility is crowded and slow. Need to evaluate competitive wages, may be too low for competing against suburban facilities.
