Pros

They paid very well and we got to have holidays off and working observed holidays got you more pto. Work from home

Cons

Extremely micromanaged. It’s impossible to level up, you have to have perfect stats 3 months in a row in order for any growth. My supervisor would go months without a one on one. Members we’re draining to talk to, it gets depressing after awhile.
