Pros

Decent benefits, lots of resources

Cons

So much bureaucracy it’s impossible to get anything done. You have meetings all day, then meetings about those meetings, then another meeting to determine the outcome of that meeting.

Pros

Great benefits, amazing clinicians from Physicians, nurses to techs alike, everyone I worked with was very well qualified and educated.

Cons

Pay is abysmal for basically every level of clinician. I often heard physicians talk about how their wages were DECREASING over the years of employment, that seems odd. Many nurses seek out travel nurse jobs or jobs in near by states because the wages are higher. If you're a tech of any kind, it is not a long term job, which creates a bind in Endoscopy because the tech positions require a substantial amount of training and confidence. If wages were increased I think techs and nurses would stay around longer.

Pros

Senior leadership truly cares about employees, great foundation/mission.

Cons

Lots of “spinning of the wheels”, great intentions with little follow through. Your manager can make the absolute difference for you as each department is fairly isolated
