Pros

- great health insurance, they match up to $750 of HSA contribution - stable job, the company isn't going anywhere - pension if you can last in a corporate prison for 5 years - great co-workers - great location (downtown, headquarters) - great pay

Cons

- Very disjointed communications team - no single creative team with creative director, art director, graphic designers etc. - large company = not being heard - paying to park downtown - strict no working at home policies - NO JEANS - i mean come on its 2017 - lots of mandatory training modules - Personal thing, not inline with my values

Very burocratic and slow to change. Hiring and promotional practices are extremely slow and non-transparent.
