Pros

Broomfield campus is a great facility and work environment; always able to find meeting space; good cafe; management is responsive to associate concerns; good access to leaders at corporate office.

Cons

Health care environment is creating a lot more pressure on budgets and family balance; organization seems a little top-heavy and corporate-heavy, especially as hospitals and clinics are divested.

Pros

A few good people as co-workers

Cons

Good workers are treated the same (or worse) as bad ones. Low salaries compared to market. No incentives to stay. Management is happy when good people leave so they don't have to change things that aren't working. A lot of money wasted hiring people who do very little work.

Pros

I'm in a salary position, and I can't think of one perk to working here.

Cons

Terrible PTO policy - don't get very much and holidays come out of your PTO Health Care - MUST use SCL facilities or you pay through the nose
