Pros

Brand new St.Joseph Hospital, latest equipment, beautiful building, mostly really nice people you work with.

Cons

Since the nuns no longer have a daily presence it is now all about money. The suits running it don't care about their people and want you to do the same amount of work with less people. Last spring there was a mass lay off mostly of long term employees and older employees. The management doesn't listen to their people and my manager was quick to lay people off, was disrespectful, and spent almost no time trying to see what the needs of the workers were and trying to make their jobs easier.

Pros

Great benefits, professional and caring employees, comfortable salaries, and a remarkable mission/vision/values foundation.

Cons

Do not get their name out to the public enough for recruitment of new employees.

Pros

12 hour shift available. Many great doctors.

Cons

Never speak your mind! You never know who you will upset. It's not a place for people who speak up and want what's best.
