Pros

Great people to work with, each has unique experience level. Benefits are great. Insurance, Education Costs, Paid Time Off, Pension, 401K matching, etc. It's a hospital so there's always something to learn. Plenty of patients to see and opportunities for growth. If you're looking for a place to work, this is one I'd recommend.

Cons

It's a hospital and it runs like one. Management is often not an employee advocate - they work for the hospital, not for you. Staffing is often very thin and will continue to shrink because it's a business model in the end. Less staff is less money out the door. Not terrible cons but maybe not for you if you're coming from a small private clinic or Dr's office.

Pros

I loved my co=workers, everyone communicates respectfully to each other

Cons

poor staffing, low pay. not much incentive to stay or participate in the hospital's increasing demand on nursing performance and patient satisfaction scores.
