Pros

Knowledgeable developers. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Worse immigration policy. No support in Green card filing, H1 filed in non profit category. Red tape in Green card filing, takes about an year to initiate and 8-9 months to file if you are lucky. Low pay compared to other companies in the valley.
