Pros

Ongoing learning and professional development, great salary, autonomous practice with ability to enact change.

Cons

Centralized operations that reflect urban issues, that are not always relative to more rural hospitals.

Pros

Somewhat friendly staff, very clean and decent benefits.

Cons

Below average pay. Very hard to move up. If you know someone and are close to a higher up/supervisor this is the place for you to move up. If not then you will certainly stay in the same position as another body doing another front line task for years. Very political, if you are an lds member with a wife and kids who wears plaid shirts and golfs who likes superhero movies then you will fit in. If you like anything else such as hip hop or going to bars, do not work here you will be shunned and humiliated because the staff here are the people who were made fun of growing up for being nerdy and not exercising. This company has a gym that no one uses and they have had to dedicate an entire them to being healthy because there are to many overweight people. This is no joke and I am not being rude at all I am stating facts.
