Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. As two of the nation’s leaders in providing better healthcare outcomes for lower costs, combining SCL Health and Intermountain Health’s operational and clinical programs strengthens our shared focus while simultaneously expanding our collective footprint to serve more patients and communities throughout the Mountain West. This merger also allows us to reduce costs by allowing for economies of scale and sharing best practices and resources, which can lead to improved quality of care for our patients. Additionally, as a healthcare organization, everything we do is rooted in data, from creating treatment plans for patients to making decisions about our business. Our benefits package is no different. Intermountain offers benefits that support caregivers, maintain affordability and sustainability, stay competitive in the market, and create a consistent experience for all caregivers. Our benefits will continue to evolve based on caregiver feedback and market data. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
