Pros

It used to be a good company?

Cons

New management has DESTROYED an amazing company. Now IT is an absolute mess and they've spent MILLIONS of sick people's money outsourcing local, loyal, knowledgeable employees for Indian workers who have never laid eyes on our hospitals.

Pros

Good work life balance.

Cons

The management decided to destroy IHC's IT. Some got laid off without a warning or explanations, others got outsourced to DXC , a whole lot of others are leaving the company for better places and IHC isn't doing much to stop the bleeding or replace the losses. Meanwhile management only keeps saying that they are in the process of restructuring and on the path to something better. Upper management including David and Vivek are inexperienced and have no idea what they were doing from the beginning. What makes it worse is that they don't want to listen to people who do have experience and have been running various IT departments. Every answer they give is a distraction instead of an answer. The entire IT is in chaos with people not knowing what to do or where things are going and whether everyone will get "outsourced" somewhere. People are leaving by hundreds and management is sitting idly while everything is falling apart. Morale is in a horrible state. Everyone is getting trained for iCentra whether they need it or not people are being rearranged to new physical locations for no reason by people without any knowledge of who is needed where. It is a horrible place to be in right now. Somehow in all this the management has already started blaming employees. For example the reason there was never any clarity on what was happening is because management didn't want people to worry themselves with too much of their own speculation or rumors to start flying.
