Pros

Good benefits, great training, great direct management and coworkers

Cons

Current CEO is making changes that have all staff concerned about outsourcing and job stability. Many managers positions being eliminated so managers are asked to reapply but new position will include double responsibility. All staff are disappointed with Marc Harrison, frustrated with the treatment of employees and concerned for how these changes will affect the care of our patients.
