Thank you for taking the time to share your review. At Intermountain Health, we’re always working to keep communication open and meaningful across all levels of the organization. We’ve built in several ways for caregivers and leaders to stay connected and share feedback, like 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins during onboarding, regular team huddles, and quarterly meetings. These touchpoints are designed to create space for real conversations and collaboration. Additionally, we regularly review compensation each year to stay aligned with market trends and geographic considerations. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.

Pros

Some teams have decent leadership.

Cons

- they used to be "one intermountain" and now they've split into 3 geographic regions which are all managed quite differently. - my local leadership cares more about revenue than they do about the patients or the providers wellbeing - they will push you to see more and more patients despite pleas for change due to burnout and moral distress. - be prepared to take a lot of work home if you actually provide good care to the patients. Who needs family time anyway, right!? - raises each year are not even matching the increases of cost of living

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We know these are challenging times—not just for healthcare, but across many industries—and we’re working hard to make thoughtful decisions that support our long-term sustainability. At Intermountain Health, our mission remains at the heart of everything we do, and we’re committed to making sure our systems and structures continue to meet the needs of our patients, caregivers, providers, and communities. Additionally, we believe that a culture of well-being for all caregivers is foundational to our ability to deliver on our mission of helping people live the healthiest lives possible. Caregivers are at the heart of what we do, which is why we have invested in and implemented several programs and resources to help caregivers enhance their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial health. It’s important that every caregiver feels secure, supported, and safe, both at home and at work. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
