      -Great Physicians and Staff -Co-workers are amazing, outgoing, incredible people

      Cons

      - State of instability - Executive leadership team not concerned about patient care or employees - No longer family oriented. It's about 1 man and his ambitions

      Pros

      Nothing really anymore other than I'd say about 95% of the employees is great to work with. Very professional.

      Cons

      Outsourcing, OUTSOURCING!!! They don't care about their employees anymore. About 10 yrs ago it was a great place to work but now with bad corporate decisions it is making it impossible to like working here anymore. I feel bad for the employees that'll eventually be let go, but who will really suffer (and I feel bad for) in the long term is the clinical staff and patients because they won't get as great of support service as they once had.

      Pros

      Went from being the employee of the greatest company around to being dumped (along with about 3000 others) to transition into one of the worst reputed companies in our industry.

      Cons

      Got an email... a stinking email, of all the impersonal and uncaring methods of communication (worst being a text).. that we are no longer going to be employed with IHC as of April. We have 2.5 months to transition to a new job with R1 (formerly Accretive for curious glassdoor.com searchers) or be unemployed.
