      Pros

      401k, Pension, family atmosphere, great people. Provide state of the art care. Doctors, nurses and other ancillary staff are bright and well trained.

      Being a part of a team that makes a difference in patients lives.

      Cons

      CEO and Board blindsided dedicated, loyal employees w new "transitioning" plan. Leaving some employees of 30-40+ yrs in the dark w no concern for their future and attempting to "sugarcoat" the ruination of lives, treating all as if we are ignorant. Care for patients?? They don't care about their own career employees!!

      Made good friends, good insurance and benefits. Friendly co workers. Nothing much more than that. Clean environment. Good insurance and benefits

      Cons

      Management in security at utah valley is horrible and very selfish. If you can't pick up a shift, they threaten to fire you. HR always sides with management and never want to hear your side of the story.
