Pros

Vertically integrated. Focused on quality and cost containment.

Cons

Poor transparency. $1,000,000,000 spent on Cerner electronic health record with no demonstrable ROI. Top down. Pays at the 50th percentile for outcomes for staff at delivering at the 90th percentile

Pros

They have a lot of facilities and many areas of expertise.

Cons

worked there 20 years and it has turned into a money hungry business, not a hospital. They don't value their employees like they say they do. They are only focused on "corrective action" now and love to fire people for stupid things. And no, I gladly quit.
